Diploma in Aviation Data Science : 1 Year Program

Aviation industry is undergoing a major digital transformation driven by big data, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics. Modern aviation systems generate massive volumes of data from aircraft sensors, airport operations, passenger systems, weather monitoring, and air traffic management networks. Organizations such as the International Civil Aviation Organization and the International Air Transport Association, Airport Council International are promoting data-driven aviation systems to enhance operational efficiency, safety, operational performance and sustainability. Airlines, airports, and air navigation service providers increasingly depend on data scientists and analytics professionals to analyze operational data and support strategic decision-making. Despite this rapid transformation, aviation data science education remains limited in engineering institutions, particularly in emerging aviation markets such as India. Introducing this course will bridge the gap between engineering education and aviation industry requirements.
